What is Bikram Yoga?

Bikram Yoga is the most powerful, demanding yet beautiful type of Hatha & Raja Yoga in the world. Bikram’s Yoga helps with stress, insomnia, obesity, weight control, arthritis, diabetes, and more.  It is scientifically and systematically designed  to warm and stretch every muscle, joint, tendon, ligament, organ and vertebrae. By moving fresh blood and oxygen to all areas of the body, every system of the body is restored. Every cell in the body is reactivated, reorganized, revitalized and re-energized! The result is a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises in a heated climate that provides the body with a complete system of wellness, restoration and rejuvenation.  What makes the Bikram yoga system unique is the sequence in which the poses are done.  Each posture forms the perfect basis for the next, warming and stretching the appropriate muscles, ligaments, and tendons.  This class systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100 percent of each practitioners body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to their most vital capacity.  This therapeutic class is perfect for all levels, including beginners and those who want to build strength and flexibility in their body. 


Inferno Hot Pilates- This is a fun and powerful core building workout. Inferno creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases health levels. It is an intense, full body class set to motivating bumpin music designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health- the perfect addition to your yoga addiction! Prepare to be inspired, to sweat, and to work hard!  Inferno is a perfect compliment to our traditional Bikram Yoga classes and we use HIIT and tabata methods combined with pilates principles, meaning this class will get your heart rate up while we perform low impact exercises that are nice on your joints. Grab a friend and come have a blast!

Happy Hour- Our daily lives are so busy and we tend to take care of some many people and sometimes forget to take care of ourselves.  This can lead to unnecessary body stress and a feeling of disconnection. This set sequence class of scientifically designed yoga poses is excellent for beginners and experienced yogis alike. We will do some poses twice and some just once and you will get a tremendous workout that promotes stamina and focus all at the same time.  This class targets our regular 90 minute class but is done in 60 minutes.


Sumit's-  Want Energy? Want Fun? Want to feel amazing and stronger? Come sweat and stretch with upbeat modern music and playful transitions. In our Sumit's class we combine our Bikram poses along with Vinyasa poses (poses that flow from one to the next).  This class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.  The class is a faster pace than our traditional Bikram class but you can always rest when needed and give yourself time to get used to it. 

Silent- Are you looking for an experience that will leave you sweaty, feeling your best and calm!?  This ultra popular class is done to silence so you can focus on your breath, meditation and is a higher level of the Bikram class.  This class will provide you the opportunity to experience pure BLISS!  We recommend that you have a regular Bikram Yoga practice of at least 6 months before taking this class but everyone is welcome!
