New Students




Yoga is the perfect path to a lifetime of wellness.  You will lose weight, gain flexibility, improve stress levels, reverse aging, and in very minimal time you will experience a total transformation.  New students love the Yoga classes we offer.  They are tremendously powerful and in very minimal time you are going to experience the most effective therapeutic fitness routine in the world! If you are looking for this, your in the right place! Don’t worry if you are new to yoga or coming back after a break, we have new students in nearly every class.  We have all the classes you need to transform your life! Our certified and dedicated instructors will take great care of you and you will be inspired by our team.  
  • New students who have never been to the studio before can do our student intro. $39 for one month unlimited yoga.

  • All levels are welcome - every class is suitable for beginning to advanced students, with no prior yoga or athletic experience necessary.

  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to class to settle in; no reservations are necessary.

  • Bring TWO LARGE bath towels and one yoga sticky mat, or a Way Yoga Mat (these may be purchased/rented from the Studio).  Avoid perfumed detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets.

  • Wear snug fitting nylon/lycra/spandex yoga clothing.

  • Bring a large bottle of water: use sugar-free electrolyte mixes before and after class  (Ola Loa brand is recommended). Ola Loa can be purchased at our studio.

  • Come well-hydrated, well-rested and well-nourished with an empty stomach.

  • Have a fresh towel, fresh water and a change of dry clothes for after-class comfort!

  • No colored liquids in the yoga room.
